Bookkeeper / Admin Assistant

At Production Monkeys, smooth processes and systems are the key to our success. We need an office manager with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches and flexibility to handle anything that might come your way, as priorities change quickly, and same-day turnarounds are frequently required. This role interfaces with clients, manages billing, handles general accounting duties and whatever else it takes to keep the team productive.

Job Responsibilities

  • General bookkeeping
  • Project billing and late payment correspondence
  • Project quotes and agreement development
  • Administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments, and meetings, maintaining filing system, mailing and shipping packages
  • Placing product orders and assistance with local deliveries
  • Answering phone calls
  • Placing outbound calls related to invoicing and orders

You Will Need

  • Good time management skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiencycy in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Google Products
  • An ability to facilitate multiple projects
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous success in office management
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Internet and technology savviness
  • Bonus points for experience with WordPress or Asana
