The Easiest Way to Organize Everything

I’ve used a lot of to-do apps and task managers looking for the perfect way to organize and accomplish my goals.

WorkFlowy is easily my favorite. The beauty of it is its simplicity. It’s really just a bulleted list you access with your web browser. Adding items is intuitive and familiar — start typing. Hit enter to add a new item. Hit tab to indent that item, making a sub-item.

Navigating your list as it grows is painless. On top, there’s a search bar that immediately filters your list down to the items you’re looking for as you type. You can also use @name or #tag for clickable tags/filters.

Instead of splitting your lists up into separate documents, WorkFlowy is just one document but each list item can be “zoomed” into and viewed as its own list. These items can be individually shared with other people so you can distribute a task list or collaborate on one with coworkers, friends, or family. When you share an item, the recipient will only be able to see that item and its children. I use WorkFlowy both at home and in the office. My home items are private, while we Production Monkeys have shared items for each of our active projects.
